Classroom teachers are asked to complete a questionnaire that addresses the following:
· The number of lessons completed of the total lessons included in the Be A Fit Kid curriculum to determine the proportion of curriculum covered.
· The number of hours of classroom instruction, the activities completed each session, and the materials used.
· The proportion of Be A Fit Kid curriculum that was conducted as intended and not modified.
