Jennifer Slawta has a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Nutrition and Biochemistry. Dr. Slawta is an Associate Professor in the Health and Physical Education at Southern Oregon University and works in the fields of Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Body Composition, and Disease Prevention.
